I'm grateful for meeting an artist I've been following with amazement for the past three years: fiber installation artist Suzanne Tidwell.

You might've seen her work at the BAM ArtsFair a few years back. Tidwell yarnbombed trees and all sorts of stuff on the street next to the Bellevue Arts Museum -- including the front of Macy's. How cool is that?

I'm grateful for love notes left on a kitchen cabinet, where I'll see them first thing in the morning.
