It feels visually unbalanced, just setting the two pieces side by side, because "The Swan Princes" is horizontal and the "Tarot Deck" vertical. I think what I'll have to do is hang the first higher, then put a placard with my name and contact info under it.
The girl who helped me choose the frames was so sweet. She complimented both pieces. Must be an art student working part-time; she caught the visual nod to the sky of "Starry Night" in the "Swan Princes." Maybe I should put her on my invite list.
Aaack! The list! I have to get moving on the prep work. You don't have to do anything beforehand... just come on over for the Edmonds Art Walk. Remember, it's next Thursday, February 18th, 5pm-8pm!
