Artist Trust At Large: the next step

I'm pretty sure Artist Trust and I helped ignite a few creative fires and connections this week!

Although the presentations are open to artists of all disciplines, Wednesday's group was almost entirely visual artists. One person also performs and another is a filmmaker.

A couple of needs the artists shared with me:

  • leads on studio space
  • help in clarifying their career goals
  • where to go when you need legal advice

Fortunately, Artist Trust offers workshops and resources for most of these needs! If you weren't able to make it to this event, here are the details for the next presentation:

The red RSVP button will generate an email to me. Just tell me your name and how many people are coming to the event, and I'll reply with a confirmation. Hope to see you soon!

Can you help me find my studio?

I'm starting to feel like my studio is a far-off land I'm trying to get to, but all the flights there have been delayed indefinitely.

Thank goodness for Fresh Paint's requirement that you either demo or make art.

That's how I got started on three altered books. Here's where I left off on one:

Visitors to my Fresh Paint festival booth examine a book I altered before their eyes.

More details soon... I gotta catch that plane to Studio Land.
